Protein Tiramisu Overnight Blended Oats

Enjoy all the flavours of tiramisu in a protein-packed breakfast you can prep the night before!!! This recipe is creamy, delish and loaded with over 35 grams of protein.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup organic quick oats

  • 1 tbsp ground flax

  • 2 scoops APHINA Toffee Coffee Plant Protein (code MICHELLEMETHOD)

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • dash maple syrup

  • 1 shot espresso (or coffee)

  • 2-3 tbsp no sugar added plain or vanilla greek yogurt (I used Skotidakis no sugar vanilla)

  • cocoa powder

DIRECTIONS 

  1. In a blender add in your almond milk, maple syrup, oats, flax, espresso, protein powder and blend.

  2. Let sit in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Top with greek yogurt (can do before letting it sit too) , sprinkle with cocoa powder and devour!
