We are only accepting a limited number of clients + will begin APRIL 28TH with 20 at home minimal equipment inspired workouts you can do from ANYWHERE - 5 a week with bonus workouts, nutrition guidance, access to a PRIVATE Instagram group for accountability, motivation, access to us, The Michelle Method digital cookbooks, + MORE!

NOTE* - This program is NOT on an App. With the USD conversion being so high, it’s too expensive for clients. As per a poll with our past Shredder’s, they prefer the original format - ALL workouts, nutrition will be emailed to you, with all demo videos of workouts/movements, instructions, recipes, inspo, access to us will all be in our PRIVATE INSTA GROUP!

  • Four weeks of clean and healthy eating, hitting our daily workouts, and consistency will definitely help you to lose pounds and inches. All of our clients that commit daily hit their goals, and have drastic physical + mental changes!

  • Not at all! You are sent daily weekly workouts, and you can do workouts to however it suits your schedule! We have our private group page for any questions and accountability We make them quick and hard to get a maximum burn in 20-30 minutes!

  • Nope! All workouts are bodyweight workouts only, can be done from anywhere at any time! We also throw out bonus minimal equipment workouts for those that have equipment at home!

  • Yes! As we are not giving out individual plans, that is for our one-on-one coaching, we give out generalized nutrition and easy-to-follow portions, with a grocery list, tons of recipes including the Michelle Method Digital cookbooks and lots of guidance throughout the way!
