Join Michelle for an epic 50 minute sweat! Let's tap into that inner strength, fire up the mind, body and soul! Using minimal equipment, bodyweight, low weight + high repetitions - this FULL BODY workout is combined with high-intensity intervals, HIIT, with low impact options for every movement!

*Bring your indoor runners, optional mat + water. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For ONLINE you need a mat, 3-5lb weights, heavier weights, band and optional step and small squishy ball. I can't wait to sweat with you!
