3 Ingredient Protein Cookies

This recipe is AMAZING and so easy to make! You probably have all of the ingredients on hand and it is the perfect little quick fix that packs some protein and great ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed

  • 1/3 cup APHINA plant protein - code MICHELLEMETHOD

  • 3/4 cup of peanut butter, almond or for a more neutral flavour try tahini or cashew butter

  • Optional dash of maple and chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F

  2. Mash bananas, then add your protein powder, nut butter, fold in your chocolate chips or whatever mix ins you would like to use, optional splash of maple syrup.

  3. Prepare a parchment sheet on a baking tray and bake for around 12 minutes and devour!
