Protein Ice Cream Bombs

10 grams of protein per treat and tastes like snickers?! YES PLEASE! Minutes to make with minimal ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 2 scoops Aphina Plant Protein (code MICHELLEMETHOD) or Vanilla plant based Protein

  • ¼ cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice

  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup (Optional)

  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • sea salt for sprinkling optional

DIRECTIONS 

1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Mix yogurt, protein, maple syrup and peanut butter together. Optional to add a dollop of PB on top! Freeze for a few minutes.

3. In the meantime combine the chocolate and coconut oil, melt down.

4. Drizzle the chocolate and free again until hard. And they’re ready to rock! I like to eat mine when they are not completely frozen so I’d like to defrost them on the counter for a little bit until they are a little more soft!
