Frozen Protein S’mores

Frozen Protein S’mores are the real deal 😮‍💨🍫🤍THESE ARE SO GOOD… and so easy! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 gluten free graham crackers 

  • 1 container Coconut Whip 

  • 1-2 scoop protein (I use @aphina.co code MICHELLEMETHOD) 

  • 2/3 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

DIRECTIONS 

1. Line a sheet pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

2. Place 5 graham cracker sheets on the bottom so the sides are touching.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted.

4. Drizzle and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the graham crackers. 

5. Transfer to the freezer while you prep the next layer.

6. Mix the protein powder into the Coconut whip until fully combined.

7. Spread the protein marshmallow layer evenly over the hardened chocolate layer.

8. Top with the remaining 5 graham cracker sheets.

9. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

10. Remove from freezer and immediately cut into 10 squares.

11. Store in the freezer!
