Cosmic Protein Brownies

These are the most fudgey, decadent, no bake, kiddo approved brownie! Easy, simple ingredients and protein packed!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup plant based protein powder [I used our @aphina protein code MICHELLEMETHOD] 

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder 

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 1/4 cup almond milk 

  • 1/3 cup of almond or cashew butter, runny 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 

  • Dark chocolate chips, I used @enjoylifefoods 

  • Sprinkles 

DIRECTIONS:

1. Line a muffin tin with parchment muffin liners. 

2. In a large bowl mix the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder. Then add in the nut butter, vanilla, maple syrup and almond milk. Mix well - if itโ€™s too dry add a few more splashes of almond milk.

3. Add a few tablespoons into the muffin liners, melt down your chocolate and pour the melted chocolate on top of each and add in sprinkles.

4. Throw in the freezer to harden and devour ! Thaw them a little before eating and store in the fridge or freezer
