Cherry Chocolate Protein Ice Cream Clusters

When I'm craving Ice Cream but I want something with way less sugar that still tastes amazing, these are it! Low sugar, high protein, SO easy and delicious! Tastes just like cherry garcia Ben & Jerry’s!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and chopped or dark frozen cherries

  • 1 cup greek yogurt of choice

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs

  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate flaky salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, chopped cherries, maple syrup, protein and chocolate chips until well combined.

  2. Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.

  3. Freeze for at least one hour.

  4. Remove from the freezer and drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of each cluster.

  5. Freeze for about 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets. Add flaky salt if desired.
