Chocolate Protein Mousse

You guys know this is my all time favourite quick nโ€™ easy dessert - will take you all of 60 secs - itโ€™s SO easy, clean, high in protein + absolutely delicious  

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 

Scoop of protein [I used @aphina.co code MICHELLEMETHOD] 

1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter 

1-2 tsp cacao powder 

Optional - 1-2 tsp maple syrup if you want more sweetness, dark frozen cherries and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. 

DIRECTIONS:

Put all ingredients into a bowl and whip dat up! Or blend it up for even more a whipped consistency Optional topping of chocolate chips, frozen cherries.
