High Protein Collagen Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats
This is a quick and easy recipe to make the night before for a grab and go high protein breakfast or a yummy dessert!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup quick oats or regular oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp APHINA Coconut Collagen - discount in link
1/2 scoop protein powder
banana, sliced
1/3-1/2 cup greek yogurt plain or vanilla
2 tbsp white chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Add in your oats, almond milk, chia, collagen, maple syrup, protein to a bowl or jar and stir well. Refrigerate while you get your topping ready.
Microwave the white chocolate chips in intervals until melted and then whisk into your greek yogurt until smooth, Remove oat mixture from fridge, top with your sliced banana, spread the yogurt ganache over top, cover and put back in fridge overnight to set or for a few hours.
In the morning top with fresh sliced banana and grab and go!
