Protein French Toast

This is the best high-protein French toast, with almost 30 grams of protein per serving! It's made with 6 simple ingredients: egg whites, egg, protein powder, and your favorite gf high protein bread. It's an easy and healthy breakfast recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pieces of Carbonaut , high fiber, high protein bread or the gluten-free Carbonaut oat bread

  • 1-2 tbsp protein powder - I use my APHINA code MICHELLEMETHOD - optional

  • 1/4 cup egg whites

  • 1 egg

  • Cinnamon

  • Coconut oil, or grass fed butter

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a bowl whisk together your egg, egg, whites, protein powder, and Cinnamon

  2. Turn your pan onto medium heat, add in your coconut oil or grass fed butter, soak your bread into your egg mixture. Cook a few minutes on each side until fully cooked and top with pure maple syrup!
