Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies

 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large egg

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips

  • A sprinkle Himalayan sea salt

  • Optional *more PB + choc chips to top

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and like a 9x5 baking dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together your egg, coconut sugar, peanut butter, plant based milk.

  3. Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips + sprinkle of salt. Mix until combined.

  4. Pour the batter into the baking dish, and add a few dollops of peanut butter, swirl with a fork or spatula and sprinkle on some chocolate chips.

  5. Bake for 20-22 minutes, let cool before cutting + devour!
