Gluten Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large egg 
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar 
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 
- 1/2 cup almond or cashew milk 
- 1/2 cup oat flour 
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder 
- 1/2 tsp baking powder 
- 1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips 
- A sprinkle Himalayan sea salt 
- Optional *more PB + choc chips to top 
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 350F and like a 9x5 baking dish with parchment paper. 
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together your egg, coconut sugar, peanut butter, plant based milk. 
- Add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and mix. Then fold in the chocolate chips + sprinkle of salt. Mix until combined. 
- Pour the batter into the baking dish, and add a few dollops of peanut butter, swirl with a fork or spatula and sprinkle on some chocolate chips. 
- Bake for 20-22 minutes, let cool before cutting + devour!
